Returns

Venetian Arch store hopes you will be happy with your purchases. In case for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the opportunity to return your order within 15 days from the day of receipt. You can return the product in any way you wish. Either to replace a product or to proceed with a refund.

A necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed.

For returns please contact us by mail at describing your request stating the details of the order and your contact details. Then we will contact you directly.

Returns will be credited to the card used to make the purchase. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the products in our store.

At this point we would like to remind you that all our products are handmade which means that each product is uniquely made in the workshop and not in a standardization factory, and therefore there may be slight differences in terms of final color and finish, in relation to with the products that are posted in the e-shop.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you except the return costs of the products, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
