5. Search and Buy Products
To facilitate your search and your purchases, we have set up a simple process: Using the “search” option will easily lead you to the specific product you want. In case you wish to place an order, select the payment method and fill in the order form.

Bank deposit

Cancellation of order can be done in the following two cases:

9. Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
Our store cooperates with the company ACS courier for deliveries inside and outside Greece.
Shipments within Greece
The Venetian Arch store always makes sure that there is the necessary stock of products, however, in case a product is sold out, since all our products are handmade, a reasonable period of 10 days is required until the production process is completed.
Ready-made orders within Greece are delivered from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the accessibility of the area. In case the products are exhausted and have to be produced from the beginning, it may take an additional 2 weeks until the process is completed.
The cost of transport is free for orders up to 2 kg within Greece, and for each additional kilo is 1.5 €.
Shipments Abroad
For every order that concerns delivery abroad there will be immediate information about the cost of shipping.
Delivery time for foreign orders can not be fixed because according to the legislation of each country, the customs can keep parcels for a long time until they are released.

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to any additional charges that may arise from taxes and duties during the customs clearance process. The Venetian Arch online store is not responsible for the payment of these charges.

10. Product return policy
The Venetian Arch store hopes you will be happy with your purchases. In case for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the opportunity to return your order within 15 days from the day of receipt. You can return the product in any way you wish. Either to replace a product or to proceed with a refund.
A necessary condition for the returns to be accepted is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in the original shipping package and with the purchase receipt enclosed.

11. Product change policy
The Venetian Arch store hopes you will be happy with your purchases. In case for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the option to change your order within 15 days from the day of receipt. You can return the product to our store, in any way you wish. A necessary condition for the changes to be accepted, is the products that will be returned to be in excellent condition in their original packaging and with the purchase receipt enclosed.
