Our store cooperates with the company ACS courier for deliveries inside and outside Greece.
Shipments within Greece
The Venetian Arch store always makes sure that there is the necessary stock of products, however, in case a product is sold out, since all our products are handmade, a reasonable period of 10 days is required until the production process is completed.
Ready-made orders within Greece are delivered from 3 to 5 working days, depending on the accessibility of the area. In case the products are exhausted and have to be produced from the beginning, it may take an additional 2 weeks until the process is completed.
The cost of transport is 2 € for orders up to 2 kg within Greece, and for each additional kilo is 1.5 €.
Shipments Abroad
For every order that concerns delivery abroad there will be immediate information about the cost of shipping. Please send us an email at to send you the final shipping cost to your country and payment methods.
Delivery time for foreign orders can not be fixed because according to the legislation of each country, the customs can keep parcels for a long time until they are released.
Shipments within the European Union
Shipments outside the European Union
Our store cooperates with the ACS courier company and serves all the countries of the European Union. Delivery of the products can take from 3 to 7 weeks.
Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to any additional charges that may arise from taxes and duties during the customs clearance process. The Venetian Arch online store is not responsible for the payment of these charges.

Clarifications:
If any of the products you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone as soon as possible to inform you of the possible delivery time or anything else. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the cancellation of your order of the specific product. Any remaining order of yours can be executed normally.
