Our store cooperates with the courier company ACS. Both for shipments within Greece and for shipments abroad. All details regarding the shipping, can be found on our website in the Shipping field.
4. What is the shipping cost?
For orders within Greece and up to 2 kg the shipping cost is 2 €. All details about shipping costs can be found on the Shipping site.
5. Do you send abroad?
The Venetian Arch store carries out shipments abroad and cooperates with the company ACS Courier. All details about shipping abroad can be found on the site at the shipping abroad field.
6. How can I find my package?
The status of your order can be checked on the ACS Courier website with the shipment number that you receive in the email , by the time your order is been completed and your package leaves our store.
7. Is there a risk of the products breaking during transport?
We pay extra attention to the packaging of our products. Over the years dealing with traveling customers, we have developed extensive expertise on packaging goods, in order to arrive safe and in one piece at their final destination, e.g. bubble wrap and hard packing boxes came as a standard on each order.
8. What will happen if a product arrives broken?
In the seldom case of an accident that could result in a broken product, please keep the packaging as it is and contact us immediately.

10. Can I use handmade ceramic tableware in the dishwasher?
Our ceramics baked at 1020 degrees Celsius, they are very strong and can be used in the dishwasher, however we would not recommend the daily and long-term use of the dishwasher to wash them.
11. Are the materials and enamels safe for the human body?
You can use our ceramic tableware without fear. The enamels are non-toxic and harmless to the human body and tested by the General Chemist of the State.
